To me it’s all connected and science is a proven factual based topic, I am a keen scientist and fully appreciate that my interests and curiosities may seem contradictory but I’m well aware of my place in the universe and the science around me. I am profoundly aware of the only truth being that I am certain of uncertainty and do not have all the answers to life, mere theories and lessons learned).

I was born to the rolling hills & little rivers of the Shire, home is behind me, I am on the adventure of my life.

My childhood town I would consider home is Malvern, Worcestershire. I remember days walking the hills, wandering the countryside, exploring the ancient buildings of yesteryear in the historical city of Worcester. A childhood spent in the West Country & Bonny Scotland, I’ve long roamed these ancient roads & shorelines.
Throughout my life my close family of predominantly Celt, Scottish & English heritage lived in Worcestershire. As I aged, my family moved across England, I too moved cross country & lived in London, Winchester, with times in South Hampshire, South Oxon, the Cotswolds, halfway round the world to California, to France & back to England, & while my folks found a little home nestled among the Welsh Valleys & rugged coast – I am currently residing in the north of England between West & North Yorkshire on the gateway to the Dales.
I continue to roam, wander & live life partially on the road with changing horizons while I find my little corner of the world to call home, but she doth call and my spirit yearns to return to my native Scotland as often as life allows.

I like the characters, animals and spirits who are unassuming, overlooked or just misunderstood. I love animals, creatures and nature – compassion & connection is everything. To me, that is what makes us human – the ability to care for all things and create beauty around us. We’re not what we look like, what we say, or what we do, we are what we build, what we share with others.

I loathe how broken the world is, so I aim to change it one small act of kindness at a time, by always being authentically myself and never giving up on my ability to see the good and create magic in all mundane things. If I can light the way for those I meet, then my impact has made a difference and will have been worth my time here on this little planet.
